Terminal Services at Bali International Airport
Ngurah Rai International Airport has two terminals, one for Domestic arrivals and departures, one for International departures and arrivals.
The International Terminal has three levels. The International Arrival and Departure Terminal total floor space measures 28,630 m². The original terminal, which is now for domestic travel only, spans 9,039 m².
On the L-shaped International Terminal the Arrivals hall is on Level 1, where passengers can retrieve their baggage from five baggage carousels, before passing through customs. Level 1 also offers passengers several ATM's and a currency exchange counter. The taxi counter can be found after customs in the Arrivals area.
On Level 2 of the International Terminal travelers will find the Departures hall. There are 14 gates from which to catch flights, and 62 check-in counters. Several comfortable lounges, including a movie lounge, a kids' play area, prayer rooms, showers, smoking areas and a baggage storage office provide passengers with all the amenities they need before their flights. The Departures hall baggage storing office is located next to the entrance. There's even an outlet, where massage is on offer for tired or stressed travelers!
Level 3 of the International Terminal contains food outlets, coffee bars, shopping outlets and offices.
Duty-Free Shopping includes electronics, tobacco, perfume, aromatherapy and cosmetics, fashion and accessories, jewelry and watches, pens, wine and spirits, sweets, toys and Bali speciality foods and products.
